Thank you for choosing Yoosuf Speed, your trusted choice for inter-island transportation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yoosuf Speed website, ticketing services, and transportation services.

By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Agreements to Terms

By accessing or using the Yoosuf Speed website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations when using our services.

2. Ticket Cancellation & Modification Policy

Changes Prior to 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the Previous Day to departure:Tickets may be modified or have their travel date changed free of charge up to 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day before the scheduled departure.

If a passenger requests a cancellation during this period, a refund will be issued after deducting a MVR 300 cancellation fee per ticket.

ދަތުރުގެ ކުރީ ދުވަހުގެ އިރުއޮއްސި 6:00 ގެ ކުރިން ގެނެވޭ ބަދަލުތައް:

ދަތުރު އޮންނަ ދުވަހުގެ ކުރީ ދުވަހުގެ އިރުއޮއްސި 18:00 (6:00) ޖެހުމާ ހަމައަށް، އެއްވެސް އިތުރު ފީއަކާ ނުލައި ޓިކެޓަށް ބަދަލު ގެނައުމުގެ ނުވަތަ ދަތުރުކުރާ ތާރީޚު ބަދަލުކުރުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު އޮންނާނެއެވެ.މި މުއްދަތުގެ ތެރޭގައި ޓިކެޓް ކެންސަލްކުރަން ބޭނުންވެގެން އެދިއްޖެނަމަ، ކޮންމެ ޓިކެޓަކުން -/300 ރުފިޔާގެ ކެންސަލޭޝަން ފީއެއް އުނިކުރުމަށްފަހު ބާކީ ފައިސާ ރީފަންޑް ކުރެވޭނެއެވެ.

Changes from 18:00 (Previous Day) and 00:00 (Midnight / Start of Departure Day):

Cancellations: Strictly no refund will be provided for cancellations made within this duration.

Date Changes: Passengers may request a change of travel date by paying a fee equivalent to 50% of the total ticket value. This fee is non-refundable.

ކެންސަލްކުރުން: މި މުއްދަތުގެ ތެރޭގައި ޓިކެޓް ކެންސަލްކޮށްފިނަމަ، އެއްވެސް ހާލެއްގައި ފައިސާ އަނބުރާ ނުލިބޭނެއެވެ.

ތާރީޚު ބަދަލުކުރުން: ދަތުރުކުރާ ތާރީޚު ބަދަލުކުރަން ބޭނުންވާނަމަ، އެ ފުރުސަތު ލިބޭނީ ޓިކެޓްގެ ޖުމްލަ އަގުގެ %50 އާ އެއްވަރުގެ ފީއެއް ދެއްކުމުންނެވެ. މި ފީއަކީ އެއްވެސް ހާލެއްގައި އަނބުރާ ދެވޭނެ ފައިސާއެއް ނޫނެވެ.

Post-Departure:Once the vessel has departed, the ticket is fully forfeited. No refunds, date changes, or modifications of any kind can be made after departure.

Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Refund processing will only commence after the passenger has shared the relevant ticket with a designated Yoosuf Speed agent

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they arrive at the designated departure location at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Failure to arrive on time may result in the ticket being forfeited without a refund.

Passengers are also responsible for ensuring that their ticket details, including the travel date and journey, are correct at the time of booking.

All cancellation, date-change, and refund requests must be submitted to a Yoosuf Speed agent.

A ticket is valid only for the journey, date, and passenger specified on the ticket.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage complies with this policy before boarding.

4. Luggage Policy

Standard Allowance: Each passenger is permitted to carry a maximum of 1 piece of main luggage and 1 backpack and 1 small cardboard box.

Weight Limit: The combined total weight of three items must not exceed 30 kg. Yoosuf Speed reserves the right to refuse or restrict luggage that exceeds the permitted allowance or weight limit.

Prohibited Items: No frozen food items, Styrofoam boxes, ice boxes or flammable and hazardous goods are allowed on board the vessel under any circumstances.

Right to Unload: For safety, hygiene, and the comfort of other passengers, the company reserves the right to immediately unload any prohibited items (including frozen goods or Styrofoam boxes) without prior notice.

ދަތުރުވެރިންގެ މުދަލާ ބެހޭ އުސޫލު

މުދާ ގެންދެވޭނެ މިންގަނޑު: ކޮންމެ ފަސިންޖަރަކަށްވެސް އުޅަނދުގައި އުފުލޭނީ ގިނަވެގެން 1 ބޮޑު ފޮށި (ލަގެޖް)، 1 ދަބަސް (ބެކްޕެކް) އަދި 1 ކުޑަ ކާޑްބޯޑް ފޮށްޓެވެ.

ބަރުދަނުގެ މިންގަނޑު: ފަސިންޖަރު ގެންގުޅޭ މި ތިން ބާވަތުގެ ތަކެތީގެ ޖުމްލަ ބަރުދަން 30 ކިލޯއަށްވުރެ އިތުރުވެގެން ނުވާނެއެވެ. ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ މިންވަރަށްވުރެ ބަރު ނުވަތަ އިތުރުވާ މުދާ އުފުލުމަށް އިންކާރު ކުރުމުގެ ނުވަތަ އެފަދަ ތަކެތި އުފުލުން ހަނިކުރުމުގެ ފުރިހަމަ އިޚުތިޔާރު "ޔޫސުފް ސްޕީޑް" އަށް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ.

މަނާ ތަކެތި: ފިނިކުރި ކާބޯތަކެއްޗާއި، ފޯމު ފޮށި، އައިސް ބޮކްސް އަދި އަލިފާން ހިފާ ފަދަ ނުރައްކާތެރި އެއްވެސް ބާވަތެއްގެ މުދަލެއް އުޅަނދަށް އެރުވުމަކީ އެއްވެސް ހާލެއްގައި ހުއްދަ ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ.

މުދާ ބޭލުމުގެ އިޚުތިޔާރު: އުޅަނދުގެ ރައްކާތެރިކަމަށާއި، ސާފުތާހިރުކަމަށް އަދި އެހެނިހެން ފަސިންޖަރުންގެ ފަސޭހައަށްޓަކައި، މަނާކުރެވިފައިވާ އެއްވެސް އެއްޗެއް (ފިނިކުރި ތަކެއްޗާއި ފޯމު ފޮށި ހިމެނޭހެން) ދުރާލައި އެންގުމަކާ ނުލައި ވަގުތުން އުޅަނދުން ބޭލުމުގެ ފުރިހަމަ އިޚުތިޔާރު ކުންފުންޏަށް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yoosuf Speed shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, or interruption resulting from circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Adverse or unsafe weather conditions

Natural disasters

Government regulations or restrictions

Port or maritime authority requirements

Other unforeseen circumstances affecting vessel operations

In such circumstances, Yoosuf Speed will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information to affected passengers and, where possible, provide appropriate guidance regarding their journey.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, accessing the Yoosuf Speed website, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to comply with all applicable provisions of these Terms.

You understand and accept the applicable cancellation, modification, refund, passenger, and luggage policies.

You acknowledge that failure to comply with these Terms may result in the forfeiture of your ticket or refusal of service without a refund, where applicable.

7. Amendments to These Terms

Yoosuf Speed reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Passengers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions before making a booking.
